Send your artwork, size, quantity, colors, backing type (Velcro, sew-on or iron-on) and any other customization details.

Get your digital mockup
We prepare a free digital mockup within 24 hours for your review.
- 03
Approve and confirm your order
Approve your mockup and confirm the order. A 100% advance payment is required before production begins.
- 04
Review your sample
We generally prepare the mould and initial sample within 1–2 days after order confirmation, then share photos and videos for your approval.
- 05
Bulk production
After sample approval, we produce your required quantity. For example, 100 standard patches usually take 2–3 days; timing varies with design and order size.
- 06
Final review and shipping
We can share finished-product photos before shipping. Shipping costs are approved and paid before dispatch. USA delivery typically takes 7–12 days through SkyNet Worldwide Express; your order receives its own estimated timeline.

Approximately 1,200 standard patches per day
Flat base pieces for UV printing can reach up to 2,500 pieces daily. Output depends on the design and requirements.

Your mould, saved for reorders
Custom moulds belong to the customer and are available on request. We can store them for future orders; reusing the same saved mould does not incur the mould-making fee again. Confirm all included costs in your quotation.
Manufacturing issues reviewed fairly
If our manufacturing error causes a mismatch with the approved design or specifications, we work toward a fair solution, such as replacement or refund, depending on the case. Personal preference alone is not a manufacturing defect.
